Randy Esch
President / Owner
Randy established Homestead Custom Cabinetry after working seven years for a major cabinet manufacturing company where he honed his skills as a cabinetmaker. His work experience has included all phases of the custom cabinet industry from design through the installation process.
Randy's extensive experience in the industry allows him to identify with and understand the unique challenges designers and their cabinet installers face with each project. Randy's faith and values have a significant impact on how he manages his business as well as his interaction with vendors, associates and customers.
In his free time, Randy enjoys attending his two college-age sons' sporting events with his wife Tracy. He also enjoys skiing, tennis and keeping active in any sport. Family travel has also been a highlight in his life. Randy & Tracy are actively involved in their church, specifically the senior high youth program.

Patty Gerber Office Manager
Often referred to as the "Go to Girl" at Homestead Custom Cabinetry, Patty is incredibly dedicated to her work as office manager and also handles dealer customer service, incoming order processing, expediting makeafters and listings parts for the production crew. She began her career at Homestead in 1994, after working 5 years at Quality Custom Cabinetry.
Patty has been married for 30 wonderful years to Brian Gerber, a master cabinetmaker himself, who encouraged her to pursue a career in the cabinetry business. They have two delightful children, Christopher, who is married and lives in Greenville, SC and daughter Jennifer, who still lives at home and is a blast to have around. All of the Gerbers are avid Civil War buffs and enjoy visiting historic civil war sites and collecting civil war art.
When she's not working, Patty enjoys spending time with her family in the kitchen trying out new recipes, playing with their dogs Caleb and Beignet and traveling, especially to Disney properties. She also enjoys reading, participating in activities at her church and watching reruns of old movies and TV shows like The Waltons.
